The front door opens to the main living area of the home with two couches, one that opens to a queen pullout bed. Past the living room is the kitchen and dining area, where you will find a cozy table for four and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two hallways that will take you to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The hallway near the front door will take you to the master bedroom which has a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The hallway off the kitchen will take you to the other bedrooms and the shared bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twin over twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have closets for you to store your belongings during your stay. The backyard can be accessed through the sliding glass doors in the dining room. The expansive fenced-in backyard has a charcoal grill and plenty of room for pets and kids to run around. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This stunning neighborhood offers you the best of both worlds by providing easy access to Historic Downtown Savannah to experience all the city has to offer, with the ability to slow down and relax with the comforts of home. This is a residential area, so driving is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well. Street parking is available if cars cannot fit on the driveway. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
