Nice, cozy 2 bedroom ranch-style brick home. In 2015, we replaced the concrete driveway, had the brickwork replaced on the chimney, had all the dead trees removed from our property. We are removing the wallpaper in our kitchen, and we are repainting the kitchen wall. We are also regrouting all of the bathroom tile. These things we have done should have added value to our home, not decreased it.
