We are looking to transfer our lease at our beautiful South Front townhome February 1, 2013. We are the only people to ever live in this unit and it's been occupied only since August 2012. It is one of the newest buildings on the property and the only building with dedicated fenced-in backyards! We have a semi-covered front porch, a fenced-in backyard and a balcony upstairs off the second bedroom. It's a great blend of indoor/outdoor space, and absolutely perfect if you have a dog.This is urban living at its best with polished concrete floors and counters, steel accents, light cabinetry, and brick walls. The floorplan of our apartment can be seen here: The only difference is that the kitchen and living room are flipped, which is awesome! You walk into the living room from the porch and the staircase upstairs is by the back door leading out to the backyard. The kitchen/dining area has stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space, and room for a washer/dryer or extra storage in the pantry. There is also a 1/2 bath. Upstairs has two good-sized bedrooms (we have a king bed), two full bathrooms, four closets and a balcony. We have two parking spaces that are conveniently in front of the building.South Front is a great community that does all sorts of neat things like cookouts, movie nights, pool parties, and holiday events. We hate leaving, but we are relocating and need someone to take over the lease.
