Right before I bought this home in 2011, the main part of the house was remodeled with new double pane windows, ceiling fans, electrical switches, interior paint, and carpeting in 3 bedrooms. I had a new roof put on in 2017, and I have upgraded numerous items such as bathroom heaters, toilets, sinks, pantry, driveway blacktop, etc thru out my time here. All windows facing Avenida Carolina and 10th street have security bars protecting them, only the ones in the back yard don't have the security bars. The home was appraised last July for $213,000 and Zestimate is $239000. I'm changing jobs and leaving soon.
