Mostly remodelled a few years ago. opened up living space, granite countertops, painted kitchen cabinets and replaced bathroom cabinets, new paint and trim, new doors. flooring is 12x12 tile except in bedrooms and living room which has carpet. It has stainless steel appliances which are relatively new. There is a caddy corner fireplace in the corner of the living room and this was the model home when this complex was built. this is a one level condominium with two bedrooms and two full baths. It has a washer dryer hook up and will include a refrigerator. homeowners association costs are over $200 but we take care of that included in the rent. trash is also included in the rent. so is yard maintenance except for private gardens. All outside maintenance is also included. the community is a very nice, clean and well maintained community with very few issues. It is a wonderful place to live with great neighbors and a safe community. We are looking for good rental history, good income, and at least moderate credit. We need non-smokers and responsible neighbors. We prefer long leases over one year. If you do not want to rent at least two years, we will need to discuss terms of the lease. We do not allow pets except with very rare and specific written exceptions.
