Looks are deceiving! Most of the work done on this house has been on the interior! All new wiring and plumbing throughout done by a contractor in 2005. All new dry wall, all new replacement windows (except two) done by a contractor, new kitchen cupboards and granite countertops with new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. New washer and dryer in downstairs bathroom. Walk-in closet off master bedroom. New roof in 2004. House is now occupied by a tenant. The 16' x 20' outbuilding needs work but would make a great workshop.
