Kitchenette/seating area: sliding wood door opens to a couch facing a flat-screen tv. French doors open up to a private balcony, with a beautiful view of European Village. The kitchenette includes a small bar sink, mini- refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, a coffee maker. (Note there is no oven.) There are utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and glasses. Free WiFi & basic cable. There is free parking in the garage and general parking lot. Please respect this place as if it was your own home. No smoking, pets, or parties/loud shouting. No burning incense or candles. *Guests will forfeit the deposit, especially if other guests/neighbors complain of the above. All guests who make the reservation MUST be present & show a valid identification at check-in. Maximum 2 guests, for stays longer than a week. (Extra guests are negotiable.) This place is for RESERVED guests only and third parties are not allowed during anytime on the property, unless pre-approved. No parties allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but ask to be courteous of our neighbors & keep noise to a polite conversation level after midnight. 24-hour Security cameras in the main hallways & elevators of the building. Use balcony at your own risk. No hanging things on, climbing, or leaning on the balcony railings. Please do not bring indoor items (pillows, poufs, blankets, towels) onto balcony or out of the room. Please close & lock Front & balcony doors before you leave the room. We provide clean linens & towels. Please no drinking or eating foods that stain on the beds. Do not use white towels to take off makeup, wipe shoes, bikes, etc. Please shake sand off of clothing before putting in the washing machine/dryer. Damage to bed, towels, washing machine will come from the deposit. For guests staying longer than a week, cleaning is available for a fee. Due to Covid-19, we will supply cleaning supplies for our long term guests. Guests will be required to sign a rental contract, please inquire before booking. Fire extinguishers are in the hallways of the building. Fire exit is located outside the front door on the right and at the other end of the hallway. We are available 24/7 by phone and live only 5 minutes away. For emergencies call 911. We reserve the right to change rooms in certain emergencies. Checkout time 11 AM, please: leave all keys on the dresser. turn off the lights leave all towels in the bathrooms lock up the balcony and front doors adjust the thermostat take out your trash * There are garbage bins outside behind a gate at all corners of the buildings at European Village text us before you go. *$55 will be taken from the deposit for lost keys/fobs.
