It was raised up about 2 feet over the dock that was originally built in 1965. The cement decking, wood decking, cabana, fish cleaning stand and ShoreGuard seawall were all replaced. The electric and plumbing to the dock are also brand new . The house was renovated in 2005. We just installed a new septic system in July 2014 and a new air conditioner compresser in August 2014.
