This 1BR apartment is very easily the best I've lived in, run by the best landlords I've ever had (husband and wife team). They're relatively new (less than 5 years, I think), quiet, and very safe. I am only leaving because I have been offered a great job in Nebraska, so it'll be available for move-in just after Nov. 14. Some of my favorite features are... - Spaciousness (I have a queen bed, 10' non-sectional sofa, 2-person loveseat, my bike, and various other pieces of furniture in this apartment, and there's plenty of room to spare!) - Washer and dryer in-unit (This has become a must-have for me over the years.) - Assigned parking spot (Some guest parking is available, though.) - Quiet, safe neighborhood!
