Aside from the wonderful views the fabulous feature at the Warwick is that the following are included in the monthly HOA and that includes A/C, electric, heat, basic cable, 24 hour front desk attendant, on site management and maintenance, the fabulous pool, social room, large storage locker if available, bike room for a nominal fee and the list is endless. The Warwick is away from all commercial businesses on the boardwalk and is in a pleasant residential area. Parking becomes available once you are on a waiting list and that is $85.00/mo. But for $5.00 yearly the city will issue you a parking permit that enables you to park on the street for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Warwick is in a wonderful location with one of the widest beaches at your front door. The condo might be slightly more difficult to see because of the current tenant but I can usually get it shown once I contact the tenant. The building, the staff, the surroundings and everything about the Warwick makes for a fabulous place to call home.
