Enjoy your stay in our quiet, clean, newly updated condo just steps from the beach and pool. Relax on our spacious balcony while listening to the ocean. Inside you will find a large family room, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable master bedroom. Located close to downtown, across from the beach and a short walk to Freeman Park you will have lots to do! Guests have full access to the condo and all offered amenities. A pool key and parking passes are provided for your convenience. The kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, dishwasher, utensils, blender, pots and pans, and more! The condo has one flat screen TV in the living room and one flat screen TV in the bedroom. Linens and towels are all provided. Owner will pay all property utilities (Electric, Water, & Cable/WiFi). There is a dumpster on the property for waste disposal. Lease duration can be month to month or up to a six month rental. A cleaning service can be made available (if wanted) for $105 each time it may be requested. We will require a 3 day notice for requested cleaning.
