There are currently 2 other females who live in the house and are in their late 20s. They are friendly, quiet, clean, respectful, and generally keep to themselves. Common areas are expected to be clean so everyone can enjoy a mess free environment. Primary Room amenities include: -Private bath -Parking garage spot -Custom organized closet Common Area amenities include: - Monthly Cleaning Service that is included in the rent (room is optional) - Remodeled kitchen with new appliances - Remodeled Laundry Room with new appliances - Furnished dining area - Furnished living room - Renovated backyard with lemon and orange trees and a gazebo with ceiling fan - Hardwood floors - Central ac/heat - Garage with fridge and for additional storage Greenhaven (neighborhood) perks: - 10min drive from downtown and is an easy commute to Sac State and Sac City. - 5 minute drive from Device Brewery and restaurants + grocery stores - .5 mile walk from newly remodeled Dive Bar (The Trap) - Quaint and on the quiet side. - Plenty of parking on the street with wide roads. - Bus stop around the corner from the house. - A lovely park within walking distance of the house. - Farmers market at the Elk Lodge which is about 5mins away. - 2 mins away from the I-5 and - 5 mins away from the Nugget in the Lake Crest Village shopping plaza. House rules, no exceptions: - No drugs - No animals (fish are okay) - No smoking - There will be a background check.
