I am selling my house in Gilbert it is right in town on Ohio Ave. It has many updates including electric, appliances, insulation, windows, just way to many to list I have owned it for several years and have done alot with it the garage is 30x40 with 10-12 foot ceilings it is set up to work on just about anything I did car restoring and was able to work on 3 at a time no problem then there is a drive in basement that is also 30x40 all I really use it for is storage and the air compressor I did store cars/trucks down there. There realy is not much of a yard but what is there is fenced in for a dog kennal (very handy) house is very nice the layout is perfect it has 12x13 bedrooms, 6x8 laundry room , 6x 8 bathroom, 13x17 kitchen, and 13x17 living room. lots of storage areas. The house was empty for 2 years but everthing is turned back on, clean, and running so its ready to move in. I have lowerd the price for quick sale Im just tired of paying for 2 houses.
