Currently painting inside, new siding, new windows, new shingles, new granite tops, new faucets, new vinyl plank flooring, new composite decking with vinyl rails, new landscaping, lot has irrigation, septic was pumped out in December and has passed inspections. Hvac units were replaced in 2019-2020. There is a shed on the property which we are removing unless new owner wants it. It needs a floor inside and siding is different color by a few shades. Will add more photos once pairing is done and house is cleaned from the new renovations.
