I am looking for two separate roommates. I have two rooms to rent. Everything is included. That's water, electricity, garbage,sewer, Internet,gas and HOA dues. He also include access to a gym three swimming pools and different sporting courts. There is a large patio in the back the two roommates for share a bathroom. also includes washer dryer, and some other amenities. Pets are allowed as long as their house and potty trained. This is an all bills included. There's no smoking in the house outside in the backyard. I'm fine. There's plenty of parking. The only catches you're not allowed to block the sidewalk because it's against HOA laws the only other fee that would come across it if you happen to break one of the HOA loss it also includes the basics of laundry soap, dish soap, any cleaning supplies for the house within reason and I will be buying this type of stuff at Costco and yes, that does include shampoo from Costco
