The kitchen is a bit smaller, but features a nice counter top area. The bathroom separates the kitchen and the bedroom. The bedroom is pretty good sized with a nice closet and faces south. There is storage in the basement as well as laundry. This unit has an off street parking spot and best of all, heat is paid. The rent is $1,075/month and deposit is the same. We do not take dogs, but would consider a cat with an additional deposit. The initial lease is 12 months. After the initial lease we renew annually with month to month leases. We are flexible at this time on lease start date. Owner pays all utilities except electric and communication (internet, cable, phone)
