With Gulf and Lagoon views and access to soft sandy beaches, as well as other community amenities such as pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center, you will have an unforgettable experience. Located on the 15th floor of the building, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comes with everything you need to call it home away from home. There is an elevator that provides access to both the walkway to the beach and the room. The kitchen is completely stocked if you wish to make a home-cooked meal. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit and TVs in both rooms and the living room. As a guest of Crystal Towers, you will enjoy three pools, two outdoor and one indoor. The Lagoon side of the property has an indoor pool, one of the outdoor pools, and a hot tub. The other pool lies on the Gulf side of the property via the covered walkway. The condo features air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a full kitchen, a balcony, a grill area, a hot tub, a sauna, and a pool. Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival with card payments only. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation. Rates are $20 per day for the first 3 days with a maximum of $60 per stay, free from Day 4-7, and $5 per day from Day 8 onward. Winter Rate Cap from November to March is a maximum of $60 per stay. Crystal Tower condominiums are conveniently located close to amusement parks, zip-line, fishing, golfing, and more. It is only 6.8 miles from Gulf Shores Sports Complex, 8.5 miles from the Orange Beach Sportsplex, and 11.5 miles from the Foley Sportsplex and OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Golf Club, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, The Wharf, The Wharf Amphitheatre, and Adventure Island. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. We don't provide beach towels. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
