A stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Guests also have access to a range of resort-style amenities, including a BBQ area, a shared indoor heated pool, a shared hot tub, and a shared sauna. Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only). A maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation is strictly enforced. Rates per vehicle are $20/day for the first 3 days (maximum $60 per stay), free from Day 4-7, and $5/day from Day 8 onward. The winter rate cap (NovemberMarch) is a maximum of $60 per stay. With sugar-white beaches just steps away and plenty of kid-friendly fun nearby, this is the ideal setting for your next beach getaway. Local attractions include Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Golf Club, and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. Balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath.
