Hardwood floors, 9 1/2 foot high ceilings, modern windows, with the 1-bedroom units featuring large walk-in closet areas. Also, there is a cool closet in the living room that some residents use as their remote workspace - and they can close the closet doors in the evening when their work is over. This is a renovated classic vintage 8-unit apartment that features security gates and a shared laundry room. This is a non-smoking building. Landlord pays for water and sewer. Small dogs and cats are allowed with additional pet rent. No smoking is allowed on the property. We apply to all candidates a standard ideal move-in date of within 2 weeks from application approval. Credit score must be greater than 650 (see below). Income must be 3x Rent. We will not accept past evictions, judgments, or collections from a management company or landlord. This apartment has not been evaluated for Section 8 occupancy by a government agency.
