If you have pets, 1/2 of the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Only small pets allowed indoor. Require 30 days notice to cancel lease (by either party) . We do month to month but prefer long term. Rent is due on 1st of each month. Routine housekeeping is tennant responsibility. We take care of large items if deemed not caused by lack of regular maintenance. Lawn care is tennants responsibility. If we have to have it done, it will be added to rent. We provide HVAC spring / fall tunes ups.
