Other tenants in the building are mainly Grad students, so it's a nice and quiet building. There are wood floors throughout, free parking, coin laundry in the basement as well as a locked storage locker for each resident. We are also pet friendly! Applicants must have great rental history. Tenants pay for gas and electric. Owner pays for water, garbage, sewer, lawn care and snow removal. Lease length can be negotiated. Price of rent includes 1 pet (if you have one) and would be $30 more per month, for the second pet.
