There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, family room. The family room makes a great study and exercise area. This is a partially furnished home with TV, Shelves, dishes, pots and pans and 2 grills on the back patio. I also grow a garden each year and you are more than welcome to participate and partake. The house is located ~4 or 5 blocks from Purdue and ~3 blocks from West Lafayette HS. It is 1 block away from the Happy Hollow Park entrance. There is a local public pool available while in season only 1/2 a block away. No alcohol, drugs or pets are allowed in the home. 6 month lease minimum, If lease agreement is broken this will forfeit entire deposit. Any excessive wear and tear or damage to property will be cost covered by renter beyond their deposit. I am flexible and understand "life" happens so open honest communications is important.
