Pets are considered on a case by case basis with additional deposit and all pets must be disclosed at time of application. Must make 2.5x rental income to be considered. Security deposit ($2000). You must have good credit and no evictions on rental history. This property is maintained as a short to mid term rental and is being listed for traveling professionals or locals in need of a temporary home during a transition.
