At the corner of Kipling and Bowles, you'll be centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and medical centers in the area. In your free time, enjoy the easy access to the mountains - you can get to Evergreen and Conifer easily by jumping on Hwy 285, and access to 470 and I70 is just a couple miles from your front door! And if you're looking for urban entertainment, downtown Denver is just 20 minutes away! Your stay consists of a fully furnished two-story home with a giant living room sofa and 70" TV to relax on inside, and the deck is a great space to spend time unwinding outside. All the bedrooms are on the second floor so there's plenty of privacy. The neighborhood has several walking paths that wind through the ponds scattered throughout the neighborhood. Note that there is a separate apartment in the basement where I occasionally stay, and since the bedrooms are all on the second floor, there's never any issue with sound overlap, and entrances are completely separate. Utilities are split 50/50 (you'll only be paying half the price of utilities). I use the garage and driveway so your parking is in the middle of the cul de sac in the free visitor spots (there are more than enough for you to always have a spot). This is a non-smoking property.
