House is a 4 bedroom 4 bath, so every person will have their own private full bathroom! We like to keep the house pretty quiet on weekdays, especially after 10 p.m. Kitchen has newly updated Samsung fridge/freezer, oven and stovetop! There is a washer/dryer in the house as well. House is freshly painted and near perfect condition. Community space is already furnished by landlord. This is in an HOA community, so neighborhood is always looking clean and their is a community pool/jacuzzi. YMCA is right across the street and Santee sportsplex is only a 3 minute walk away! There is parking in the community for extra fee ($25/month) as well as garage parking for extra fee ($75/month). Utilities are included in base rent! While it is okay to have someone over once in awhile, this should not be the place to bring the party home. Furniture in pictures will be gone as they are the old tenants, but will be replaced. Common area is also about to receive a fresh coat of paint.
