RESIDENT agrees to respect the privacy and property of neighbors. Tenant shall not make any alterations to the property or change the locks on the property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Pets are welcomed, however an additional $300 will be added to the security deposit (totaling $2800) in addition to an additional $50/month per pet with prior approval of the OWNER. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to future change by OWNER after the expiration of the agreed lease period upon 30-day written notice setting forth such change and delivered to RESIDENT. Any changes are subject to laws in existence at the time of the Notice of Change Of Terms. RESIDENT acknowledges that OWNERS insurance does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, war, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall OWNER be held liable for such losses.
