Certain Criminal Convictions: Convictions posing a risk or violating lease terms. Prior Evictions: History of eviction filings or judgments. Falsified Information: Providing false information. 3. Consumer Report Information and Rights: If a consumer report is used and results in denial, there is a right to a free copy and the right to dispute its accuracy. The consumer reporting agency's details will be provided. 4. Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (CRTs): A CRT will be accepted.
