Unique and fully-decorated studio located above a garage across from the main property. 5 minute drive to Bardstown Rd. and other fun areas of Louisville (Nulu, Cherokee Triangle, etc.) Features fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with shower, single bedroom (sleeps 2) and a daybed that can sleep 1. Please note daybed is in shared area - blackout curtains and a shade over the skylight will be provided for optimum sleep. The kitchen also features stacked washer/dryer, toaster, single-serve Keurig machine, ice maker, full fridge, farmhouse sink, and a countertop that seats 5. Studio can be accessed through a private staircase in the garage, where guests can park 1 vehicle. If you are traveling with one or more car, one car can park in the garage and the others can access free street parking in front of the house. Guests may also use the fire pit in the backyard. I live in the main house across the yard, and will be easily accessed by phone or in person for questions or concerns. Smoking is allowed only outside. No dogs or cats allowed. Certain dates may not be available at owner's discretion. Weekends are more readily available than month-long rentals. Guests are asked to respect the property. Please do not wash food remains down the sink and put them in the trash, as there is no disposal in the sink. The Wifi network and password, my phone number, garage code, and key locations will be provided on a list on the fridge. The list will also tell you where to find glasses, cookware, pots and pans, and other essential cooking materials. Please clean up before you leave. You may park one car in the garage and if your party has more than one car, there is free street parking in front of the house.
