Adorable free-standing, freshly painted, small home with full bathroom, full kitchen, new carpet & new refrigerator and a large “soon-to-be-gorgeous” yard! It’s just one block from Camelsback Park and 2 blocks from Hyde Park. Looking for quiet, conscientious and kind person to have a wonderful time sharing my home with the coolest cat - EVER! while I travel. Walls, cupboards (maybe if you want dish ware...) and furniture will not have anything in or on them so it would be your digs with some cool and comfy furnishings.
