The home is in a great, child-friendly, quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. It has a gas fireplace in the family room which is handy if electric is out. The sliding glass door from the family room opens onto the deck and into the backyard. The rooms are spacious, and I really love the separate laundry room with shelving. The water heater was just replaced, and the windows were replaced in 2015. I believe the roof was replaced in 2011. New hardwood flooring was just installed in the living room and long hallway. The walls are freshly painted. A barn door was just installed between the kitchen and spacious laundry room (my two favorite places in the house).
