I am a 33 yr old female chef instructor at a high school. I love to woodwork, forage, entertain and travel. I speak French and Spanish and sarcasm. I have one other female roommate who is a music teacher. Do you like to DIY, listen to music, eat great food? Do you clean up after yourself? We will get along. :) The room will come fully furnished with a bed, desk, and bookshelf. The main floor is a curated space with art and furniture with a fancy, 1920s French mood. The house boasts two full bathrooms and a detached art studio. There is a large driveway for parking. You are free to decorate your room as you like! There is also a big storage shed to house bikes, kayaks, etc. Email me and share a little about yourself! :D You must make at least 3x the rent and have proof of income. Must be queer friendly. No tobacco & no pets please. Utilities is roughly $180 a month on top of rent (internet, water, electric, garbage, gas). The lease is month to month but I am looking for someone who wants to rent for at least a year. The Linnton neighborhood is 17 min from downtown, 8 minutes to St. Johns, 3 min to Sauvie Island.
