The house is located at a very convenient spot in the modern side of the town; close to many common spots. Sitting at the end of the cul-de-sac, you'll gasp in delight at the spacious backyard - OVER 1/3 acre! Room sleeps two people max. All utilities are in the rent. May have to move out in November. After 6 months, we can do month-to-month depending on schedules. No smoking is allowed indoors. No pets are possible. We have 1 cat and a snake as household pets. Subject to background check. There is Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime available as well as free wifi. Extra guests can be allowed upon permission ahead of time for short term. Must inquire the landlord. There is fridge, freezer, and kitchen cabinet space for the renter as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking appliances and utensils.
