$700/month - Upper west bedroom (brown flooring, 130 s/f) with a shared bathroom, the common bathroom of the house for visitors. Will mostly be yours, as I have my own in the master bedroom. Large open common area as shown in photos upstairs. There is room for another common area in the basement, though it is not furnished. Smoking is not allowed in the home, but welcome outside or in the garage with the back door open for airflow. Two cats (Mystic & Nebula) live upstairs only. I don't mind other cats moving into the home, but please be aware my cats are rescues and have not been around other cats as of yet. - Leases are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed upon and signed by the landlord and tenant. - No smoking inside. This property is cannabis and alcohol friendly, as long as smokables are enjoyed outdoors only. - Visitors and Overnight Guests: The Tenant may have guests on the Premises for no more than four (4) consecutive nights and a maximum of fourteen (14) total nights in any twelve-month period without the Landlord's prior written consent. The Tenant must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any overnight guest. All guests must be accompanied by the Tenant at all times in shared common areas (kitchen, living room, laundry). Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules, and the Tenant shall be held financially responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their visitors. The Landlord reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if they violate house policies or interfere with the renters' enjoyment of the home.
