Park two blocks away if you have little ones Laundry mat that is open 24/7 the opposite two blocks away. Very community oriented and we do encourage all of our tenants to bond and create a stronger community! Renter is responsible for utilities (Middle Tennessee Electric, Murfreesboro Water, WiFi/cable) Renter is responsible to contribute to upkeep of outdoor property (I.E mowing) No smoking in unit but there is a covered patio that is a shared space for all tenants Parking is limited to two parking spots per unit (can be negotiable) Basement access to available for additional storage but being courteous to the amount of space used due to shared access of all 4 units.
