It also has: a spacious kitchen with laminate flooring, a pass-through counter, lots of 42" oak cabinets, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cook-top and wall oven. Its arctic entryway cuts down on messes and saves energy; and the attached 2-car tandem garage is great for parking a car and/or storing off-season ATVs, snow machines, or jet skis. Make the most of the upstairs' energy-efficient windows, the 2 wood-burning fireplaces (1 in the upstairs living room and 1 in the downstairs great room), the laundry area with washer & dryer connections, and ceiling fans.
