Living room includes an installed 4K HD projector system to watch tv. The projector projects onto a wall, with a picture approximately 10 feet across. (Cable tv not included, but you can easily connect the projector to a device like an Apple TV and stream any services for which you have a log-in, including Netflix, Hulu, and almost all tv channels). Nest thermostat system, air conditioning, washer/dryer, cutting-edge security system with motion-detecting cameras around the exterior of the house. One-car garage, plus space to park two cars in the driveway. Further parking is easily available on the street, with no permit (and overnight parking is allowed). Back yard is shared with tenants in ADU, landscaping services are included. The location: a few blocks from the Willow Rd. 101 exit, 6-minute bike ride to Facebook, easy commute to Stanford or Palo Alto & zoned for prestigious Menlo-Atherton High School Masks and appointment required, only one party allowed at a time to view the house.
