Huge loft with amazing light. I live in the downstairs bedroom and the loft bedrooms are available. so I'm happy to take 1 or more roommates, so if just 1 roommate wants the master bedroom, that's good or if several want to share, to save money, I'm happy with that as well. Let me know if you have any questions or want to see the loft. I'm looking for renters interested in renting April 1st. Utilities are usually around $75 each and parking is free. Everything is within walking distance, including the farmers market and the river walk is just at the end of the block.
