The heating/ cooling is an electric heat pump / air conditioner. So, there is no gas in the house, which means no gas bill and no gas deposit! The only utilities you'd have are water and electric. The house has beautiful hardwood floors in the living room and hallway. They were refinished during the remodel. Rent is $1200. The deposit is $1000. This house would be PERFECT for 3 college students. It borders the MTSU parking lot on Greenland, and it's right behind La Siesta. It has a deck, a good size fenced in back yard, and it's about as close to campus as you can get. Rent includes a flat top stove, over-the-range microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
