If you love nature, quiet mornings, and being part of a small-town community, this might be the spot for you. This private suite is tucked right in Fair Oaks Village, just a short walk or bike ride to the river and the American River Trail. I've lived here over 20 years, and there's really nothing like having the bridge, the chickens, and the trees all in your backyard. The Suite You'll have your own private bathroom, a comfy full-size bed, and a little fridge to keep your drinks and snacks. There's also a desk if you need to get work done or just want a spot to journal or read. The Property Outside your door, you'll find peaceful corners to sit under the trees, a hammock to nap in, and a big life-size chess board if you feel like playing. There are tables and chairs you can move around to find your favorite spot. We've got a little Tea Room in the front with teas grown nearby in Auburn, and sometimes some from our friend at Classy Hippie Tea in Oak Park. It's a good place to start your day or wind it down. Upstairs or downstairs, there are shared spaces to work, hang out, or just breathe. You can also reserve a quiet room if you need to focus or take a call. Some evenings we put up the big screen for a movie night. Local Life You're a quick walk to the Fair Oaks Bridge, and from there, you can hop on the trail and ride for miles. Some folks take their kayaks down or just sit by the water to unwind. The Village has great spots to eat, little shops to wander through, and a weekly farmer's market that brings everyone together.
