I've decided to sell this Quaint little place because I simply don't use it much anymore and although I have enjoyed it I would like to see someone get it that will enjoy it as much as I have , it is an older home with an addition added on that offers a lot more room than you'd think and I have a couch that makes into a third bed which I'm leaving along with the kitchen table and chairs and a couple recliners , new water softer was installed and new leach lines on septic and new dock was built right before I purchased the property , it needs some TLC right now but well worth what I'm asking , neighbors are very friendly and caring people but not nosey , enjoy fishing from the dock or tie your boat up and just jump in and go out into the huge waterways from the canal , approximately 15 minutes from Interstate 75 and approximately 20 minutes from the ocean , less than ten minutes from downtown Inverness and all it has to offer , so grab those golf clubs or fishing pole and go have fun , one metal outbuilding for storage , I haven't put a tape measure to it yet but I'm safe in saying with the room addition its over a 1000 sq ft total living space , you ( OWN ) the property so no HOA fees and very reasonable taxes and utilities !
