This rental features a private backyard with a porch and picnic table. The backyard is very nice and has a brick/stone fireplace! It has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and perfect for a kids room, or a study/office. It has washer/dryer hook-up, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and fridge. You will have to provide your own microwave. During spring/summer/fall months (March-October an additional $25 is added to the rental price to adjust for lawn maintenance). The unit has been painted by the previous tenants and I will do my best to update photos. I am open to changing the colors and willing to discuss that matter if you desire a change.
