This wonderful East Hill Cottage is in immaculate condition and was recently (2009) updated with a brand new large kitchen, all new appliances, and freshly painted. Both bedrooms open through wonderful French doors out to a 12 foot deep screened porch that extends all the way across the back of the house. Beyond that is a beautiful old-brick patio with hot tub. This house is lovely. The owner lives immediately next door. No pets, and no smoking. Please see the photos attached. Yard work/maintenance will be provided.
