The place is in a very desirable and convenient location only minutes from shopping at Brier Creek and RDU airport, very close to two major highways: I-40 and I-540. Utilities included in the rent price. The minimum lease is 3 months but willing to negotiate a shorter or longer term. Absolutely no smoking or drugs. Moderate alcohol use. The use of the garage for parking, it is an additional $100 per month. No pets of any kind, not even for visiting parties. No late nigh parties, after hours loud music. Let the owner know of any overnight guests at least 48 hours in advance. Please keep the room and the rest of the house clean, especially the shared space and treat them as your own. The washer and dryer are for the tenant's use - shared with the owner. The room shall be left as found. Any damage, items requiring fixing will be covered by the deposit. Two-week minimum notice is required for vacating or extending the stay. Any excessive use of utilities will be covered by the deposit. The tenant will also get a fob to use the pool when in season.
