This property is well kept and ready for a new tenant. Two small bedrooms on the second floor , bathroom, family, dining room and kitchen are on the first. Also has washer and dryer in the basement. Please no pets. Had a bad experience with my previous tenant. Tenants pay all utilities but sewage and half water bill, it's covered by the owner. Renters insurance is required, I will be conducting credit and background check, also income has to be at least 3X the rent amount. This place isn't qualified for section 8.
