Originally built by my grandparents in 1976. Been remodeled over the years many times. I gutted it and remodeled it for the last time in 2013. The roof was replaced 3 years ago with a lifetime transferable roof to the new owner through Richardson Roofing Company. Great house for a starter family with one maybe two children. 2 bedrooms with optional 3rd/office media room. Storage building to the east side of the house.
