The house is 1 of 4 on the property which are all currently rented out on Airbnb. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The washer/dryer system is less than a year old, the other appliances work perfectly. The floors are a nice concrete which is cool and easy to clean. The house can come furnished if wanted. I live nearby if I am needed for anything. The renter will be responsible for utilities and making sure the property looks nice both inside and out. Owner will cover landscaping cost and cost to fix any problems with the appliances or mechanics (to an extent). Renter will be responsible for any damage to walls/paint. Until further notice, owner will cover trash days. There is no smoking at all inside the unit, outside is fine.
