Extra room for storage space also. 2nd floor apartment so must be ok with stairs. Parking Spot for 1 vehicle only. Small Bathroom with shower only. 60 second drive to Sparrow or walk there in 10 minutes. Drive to LCC or MSU in 5 minutes. Security Deposit required Application fee is cheap & yes lots of places are ripping you off with their expensive app fees. Section 8 ok after being approved with my application. Oh & I'm real & will show you the apartment myself. I won't ever ask for money (except the app fee which should be the cheapest in town) until you are approved & I won't ever ask you to send money & then I'll mail you keys. Don't fall for that bs..
