And it is a 2nd floor apartment, so just a few steps to walk up. It has recently been remodeled to give it more warmth and designer appeal. We've also added blackout curtains in the bedroom! There is also a fenced in backyard for your small dog. I have found with other properties we have listed, that is rare! And a great addition. Plus, you have your own parking space! Another lovely addition for rental spaces in the downtown area. The entire unit is keyed entry, including the lobby and the basement space. The basement is where the shared washer and dryer are located. There is a brand-new Smart TV in the living room and another smaller one in the bedroom.
