I need 4 paystubs if you have weekly paystubs, or 2 if you have bi-weekly paystubs. The landlord can not accept any voucher programs for rent assistance, please do not call. I wil call you if you are qualied and schedule a showing time. The landlord will buy the property insurance and pay the property tax. Tenants will buy the renter insurance. 3 months rent to move in.
