    Just renovated 3 bed room/2.0 bathroom rowhouse for rent with finished basement. All hardwood floors, brand new kitchen with granite countertop, finished basement with one additional bedroom and a full bathroom. The front and back security doors are just installed. Cats and small dogs are Ok for tenants, 3 month rents are needed to move. Please don't pay anyone to order the credit check since we have to run it by ourselves. Don't pay anyone's application fee before you see the property. Please answer all the questions below and text me. If you are qualified, I will call you to schedule a time for a showing. You don't have to call, just text and answer all the following questions. We don't have a paper applicaiton anymore since it's still pendamic. The answers to all the questions below are part of the application. 1. What's your family combined monthly income after tax? 2. How many people are supposed to move in? How many kids do you have? How old are they? 3. Do you have any pets? 4. Why do you look for a move? 5. When is your earliest move-in date? 7. Any criminal or eviction records before? 8. Please forward me your most recent paystubs to prove your income. You can block the sensitive part if you want. We only need to see the name, net payment, and pay period. I need 4 paystubs if you have weekly paystubs, or 2 if you have bi-weekly paystubs. The landlord can not accept any voucher programs for rent assistance, please do not call. I wil call you if you are qualied and schedule a showing time. The landlord will buy the property insurance and pay the property tax. Tenants will buy the renter insurance. 3 months rent to move in. Tenants will shovel the snow in the winter and mow the lawn in summer.
