The house is located off a gravel street with nearby neighboring houses in the lake's cove. It's just a short drive to Downtown Rogers, 13 miles away. Beaver Lake is accessible through the backyard by entering the shoreline, and the nearest marina and boat ramp is Prairie Creek Marina, 17 miles away. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace shown in the living room photos is not functional. The docks in the cove are privately owned and not available for guest use. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors outside of the host's control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. An unapproved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
